Merchant Portal
The Pavilion Payments Merchant Portal is a centralized, web-based interface where operators can view assigned reports, monitor transactions, and manage scheduled deliveries.
Transactions
Use the Transactions area (if enabled) to locate and review activity.
Search & Filters
- Filter by date, status, method, and property/environment.
- Results may be exported to CSV or Excel.
Details & Status
- Open any row to view lifecycle timestamps, identifiers, method specifics, and related events.
- Statuses indicate lifecycle position (e.g., initiated, processing, completed, failed/returned).
Reporting
All analytics and reporting are now centralized within the Merchant Portal.
Access & Navigation

| Reports list | All reports assigned to you appear in the left navigation. |
| Find a report | Use the Search bar (top-left) to locate by name. |
| Property selector | Use the property dropdown (top) to load that property’s report set. |
| Filters | Use right-side filters or the hamburger menu; keyword search is case-sensitive. |
Most reports default to the last 7–30 days (varies by report). To view older periods, first expand the global range selector (e.g., last 2 years), then refine with the filter bar and click Apply.
Reporting Types

| Transaction Activity | Transaction detail and performance views across deposits/withdrawals. |
| Program & Enrollment | Eligibility/enrollment summaries (where applicable). |
| Returns & Disbursements | Returns, disbursement activity, and claims. |
| Property/Device Usage | Kiosk/ATM and product usage insights. |
Availability of specific report names may vary by operator configuration.
Scheduling Reports
Operators can manage all schedules centrally via Control Panel → Scheduled Reports.
From any report view, click Schedule or Scheduled (#) (top-right) to open the scheduling modal. From there, operators can create a new schedule, edit or delete an existing one, or bulk delete multiple schedules.
Reports with active schedules show a calendar icon in the left list.

To request SFTP delivery, email ihelp@pavilionpay.com with the following information:
- Report name
- Desired format (CSV/Excel)
- SFTP connection details
- Preferred day/time
